This role drives online presence and sales through strategic social media and e-commerce initiatives. The Specialist will create engaging content, manage campaigns, and collaborate with internal and external partners to optimise platforms, enhance customer engagement, and build brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute social media and e-commerce strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
· Create and manage engaging content to drive audience growth and sales.
· Define and analyse KPIs, providing actionable insights and reports.
· Collaborate with agencies on Google Ads, SEO, and PR strategies; oversee website and app enhancements.
· Build relationships with influencers and media for product promotion.
· Plan and execute remarketing campaigns, including abandoned cart recovery.
· Monitor and respond to customer reviews on Trust Pilot and Google.

Experience & Skills Required:
· Ability to take initiative and craft engaging content.
· Strategic & Analytical expertise in audience targeting, performance metrics, and SEO/PPC strategies
· Exceptional project management and communication skills
· 4+ years in digital marketing with hands-on platform experience with Social Media expertise
