Our client are looking for a Support Administrator to join their offices in Guildford. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who would like to be involved within an extremely varied position. The purpose of this role is to support the office with anything that may arise. The ideal candidate will be highly flexible and want to gain more responsibility and grown with an organisation.

Duties involve:
General reception duties
Meeting and greeting clients in a professional and timely manner both in person and by telephone
Taking telephone messages, dealing with post and faxes are sorted, scanned and disseminated within agreed timescales
Booking meeting rooms and ensuring that any catering and house keeping requirements are met
Administration support to all staff within the office when required
Assisting the Manager in the day to day administration
Overseeing general office facilities ensuring the office environment and all general equipment is in working order
Maintaining office supplies and being the first point of contact to service providers in the absence of the Support Manager
Assisting with the office Marketing to include maintaining the marketing databases, market research, E-shots and events

The ideal candidate will:
Maintain advanced IT knowledge and skills
Have a good level of literacy and numeracy skills – GCSE Maths or equivalent
Good level of copy typing and audio typing (min. 50 WPM).
Excellent interpersonal/communication skills in dealing with clients and colleagues at all levels
Be extremely flexible
Maintain the ability to work well as part of a team
Work to their own initiative
Have the ability to remain calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines
Have the ability to demonstrate initiative to solve problems
Keep client confidentiality at all times
Maintain fantastic attention to detail to ensure accurate work
