Are you passionate about recruitment and have inhouse experience? Our client are seeking a Talent Manager their team. The purpose of this role is to manage the recruitment process and representing the company with candidates and the recruitment partners that aligns to the ambitious growth strategies for the company.

The Talent and Acquisition Specialist will:
Liaise with line managers, updating hiring managers, organising interviews and collating feedback
Conduct all initial resourcing screens Identify candidates and ensure they are operating at the right level for the role
Source and screen candidates to ensure the hiring manager has the right level of candidate for their needs
Manage job profiling and salary benchmarking within all departments
Manage and oversee job descriptions and look into resourcing channels
Identify potential talent through actively sourcing LinkedIn
Work closely with the Marketing department to continuously build the companies brand
Negotiate and organise employment offers with new employees and internal stakeholders
Work with recruitment agencies
Be responsible for rebates and fees with the agencies
Conduct employee engagement initiatives
To be considered the Talent and Acquisition Specialist will:
Have experience of sourcing and recruiting in a fast-paced environment
Be a strong brand ambassador with professional and dynamic approach
Have the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at one time
Be motivated and proactive approach with strong decision making and initiative skills
Be highly organised with attention to detail and accuracy skills
Have the ability to meet deadlines and multitask
Be a strong communicator verbally and in writing
Work with confidence and be able to make decisions
