Along with a competitive base you will in time have the opportunity to earn an additional OTE.

The responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant are to:
· Attract candidates for jobs and matching them to temporary or permanent positions with client companies
· Build positive relationships to gain a better understanding of your clients’ recruitment needs and requirements
· Advertise job specifications for a use in a range of media, as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals
· Screen and interview candidates and run background checks
· Match candidates to clients specific requirements
· Reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and create a shortlist of candidates for the client
· Brief the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job
· Use sales, business development, marketing techniques to attract business from client companies
