Role Overview:
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences? Join our client support team, where youll play a key role in maintaining customer relationships and assisting with VAT-related services. This role involves administrative duties, liaising with clients, and ensuring smooth operations within the VAT department.

Key Responsibilities:
· Verify handovers from the sales team to ensure clients are placed on the correct VAT scheme.
· Follow up with internal teams or clients to obtain missing information for applications
· Complete VAT applications via the HMRC website
· Process clients business expenses and include them in VAT returns
· Create weekly and monthly management reports
· Set up direct debits to HMRC
· Perform general administration, including maintaining digital customer records and managing departmental ticketing systems

Experience Ideally Required for This Role:
· Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in an office setting
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
· Proactive, resilient, and flexible, with a target-driven mindset
· IT literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Previous experience working with HMRC is an advantage
