Our client based in Woking are seeking a motivated, hard working and focused Operations Manager to join their team. The purpose of this role is to manage the daily operations of the business.

Key responsibilities of the position:

Developing the business strategy and annual business plans

Implementing business plans to achieve business goals

Taking full responsibility for daily running of the business

Having control of HR and recruitment

Managing the pipeline in accordance with company objectives

Providing regular reporting on the business performance

Carrying out team and management meetings

Making sure individual and team performance is consistent and effective

Carrying out performance management, annual appraisals and objective setting

Making sure the business is compliant

Being responsible for dairy management, business planning and training

Holding regular management meetings

Support with business marketing and events

Taking on any other duties when required

Experience and skills required for the position:

Have outstanding relationship management skills

Previous experience of managing people and teams

Work effectively and have the ability to multi-task effectively

Ability to review, create, and manage systems and processes

Ability to manage and drive change across people, systems and processes

Effective project management skills

Ability to think creatively and add value to a growing business

Strong team working skills with the ability to work collaboratively and co-operatively with colleagues

Analytical with great attention to detail

Excellent IT skills
