Our is seeking a proactive and motivated Account Manager to join their team! This is a very exciting opportunity for a candidate who is looking to support their customer base as well as help the business grow day to day through warm sales techniques.

The Account Manager will:
Update customer accounts for new and existing customers
Support both lapsed and existing customer accounts providing excellent service
Advise customers on most appropriate solutions and product ranges
Offer product advice, sales service and general support across all channels including telephone, email and live chat
Qualify all product, quote and sales enquiries
Make outbound customer calls
Work towards the companies SLAs and KPIs
Answer calls from consumer customers, from existing, new and potential customers

To be considered as an Account Manager will:
Have worked within customer services or sales positions previously (would be adventitious)
Be comfortable working towards personal targets
Work with confidence over the telephone
Maintain fantastic communication skills
Hold a positive working attitude and work well under pressure
