What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Grow Existing Accounts: Nurture, develop, and strengthen relationships with customers to maximise account potential
  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Understand customer needs and challenges, and proactively recommend solutions from the product portfolio
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, taking a strategic approach to account growth
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of accounts through regular calls, virtual meetings, and occasional in-person visits
  • Proactively Engage: Conduct value-driven sales calls to understand evolving customer needs, present tailored solutions, and strengthen long-term partnerships

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Great People Skills: Confident, approachable, and skilled at building rapport with a variety of customer personalities
  • Motivation & Ambition: Proactive, results-driven, and eager to grow your customer base; previous account management or sales experience is a bonus, but attitude and energy are key
  • Clear & Impactful Communicator: Communicates with clarity and confidence across calls, emails, and presentations, adapting messages for different audiences
  • Exceptional Organisation & Ownership: Able to manage a busy pipeline, prioritise effectively, and deliver consistent results while maintaining high standards of service
