Our client based in Sunningdale are seeking a Facilities Team Leader to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting time to join the business and requires someone with previous Mechanical and Building Services knowledge.


Team leader duties with direct reports
Ensure that Risk Assessments are received and followed
Organise shifts for the team
Support with budget control
Health and Safety responsibilities
Inspections across the site
Producing reports


Hands-on experience of building services
Relevant Health and Safety experience
Experience leading a team
Relevant qualification in Mechanical/Engineering/Electrical industry
Strong IT skills
