Our wonderful client based in Chertsey are looking for an Insight Executive Analyst to join their team. This role would be responsible for managing day to day operations, creating and developing research materials and resolving project related issues. If you have experience in customer data and statistical analysis, excellent communication skills and ability to work analytically in problem-solving then this role would be for you.

The role of Insight Executive Analyst involves:
Manage day to day operations
Responsible for scripting questionnaires
Create and develop research materials
Liasing with internal teams
Monitoring progress
Liasing with customers and providing support
Resolving project related issues
Managing and distributing reports
Design and carry out surveys and analyse data
Provide user training

The ideal Insight Executive Analyst will:
3+ years of experience in SaaS survey platform experience technology
Experience customer data and statistical analysis
Bachelor of Science in computer or equivalent
Experience in Analytics
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work analytically in problem-solving
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Korean
