A newly created position for a Business Manager has come up to join a great company based in Weybridge. The purpose of this position is to drive the business forward and executing ideas to improve year on year.

The Business Manager candidate will:
Oversee the marketing and assisting with ways to execute business ideas.
Look after regular private overseas clients.
Develop relationships and maximising on spends.
Ensure budgets are kept in and that they are spent/alloctaed on the correct parts of the business.
Support and guide the business owner on a daily basis.
Working closely with the wider teams to ensure they deliver in their work
Make sure meetings are booked in and carried out.
Develop business goals and objectives.
Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the achievement of goals.
Assess overall company performance against objectives.
Oversee the new technology to ensure efficient use.
Refine processes where necessary to ensure smooth operating.
Oversee the E commerce website and make sure its always up to date with the most relevant material and industry trends.
Oversee the growth of already established accounts .
Oversee the day to day running of the showroom including the management of the sales team.

The ideal Business Manager will:
Have 5 years plus experience in upscaling
Maintain previous experience in managing a small business day to day within a luxury retail brand or similar
Be financially astute with a keen eye from maximising sales while managing gross profit margins
Be a solid people manager who will lead by example by being hands on with the team and working on their career development and training needs
Be excited to bring a fresh approach to the business
Go over and above and understands that no day is ever the same
Have a good understanding of online and digital marketing, e commerce, database management and digital
Maintain impeccable and proven customer service skills
Have strong organisations skills, excelling in prioritizing, collaboration, time management and decision making
Hold prior experience succeeding in a fast-paced environment
A strong key player is key to this role with the ability to communicate with colleagues of all levels.
Have knowledge of credit control, HMRC, VAT, Export and QuickBooks would be an advantage (A Bonus)
