Are you a great communicator and have great administration skills and looking for an administrative position? Our wonderful client based in Weybridge are looking for a Quality Assurance Administrator to join their team and support the Manager and staff. If you have a great telephone manner, fantastic attention to detail and are experienced in using Microsoft Office then this role could be the one for you.

The role of Quality Assurance Executive involves:

· Providing a friendly and efficient service
· Assisting with record-keeping systems and databases
· Compliance check and process new businesses
· Build and maintain spreadsheets
· Checking data on the database
· Provide administration assistance
· Participate in company and department training

The ideal Quality Assurance Executive will:

· Experience of working in a busy administrative role
· Experience working with Financial Advisers
· Good telephone manner and communicator
· Excellent Microsoft Office skills
· Have a positive and friendly service
· Stay focused and calm under pressure
· Smart in appearance
· Build and maintain strong working relationships
· Strong numeracy skills
· Dealing with queries
