The Recruitment Consultant will:
Gain a good understanding of clients and build and develop positive relationships
Make outbound calls to perspective candidates and clients, building long lasting relationships
Work towards monthly targets working towards a competitive commission structure
Advertise vacancies as and when required
Use candidate databases on a daily basis
Match candidates to the client’s vacancies ensuring a great fit for both parties
Review candidate applications
Manage interview request from clients
Test and create a shortlist of candidates for the client
Brief the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job
Prepare CVs using internal CRM system
Update candidates about the results of interviews, keeping in touch weekly
Offer advice to both clients and candidates
Meet with clients and candidates to engage and build long lasting relationships

The Recruitment Consultant will:
Have previous sales experience with a proven track record in achieving targets
Have a positive, can-do attitude
Be a confident communicator both written and verbal
Work well under pressure and towards tight deadlines
Be confident working with numbers
Ideally have previous experience working within an office environment
Want to work within a close knit team
Strong MS office package skills/use of systems
