Our wonderful client based in Woking are currently seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join their growing business on a permanent basis.

The purpose of this role is to provide a high level of support to the sales team, following up on sales leads and helping to grow and develop client relationships.
The Sales Administrator role will include:
Approaching a pipeline of prospective and existing clients
Following up on sales leads
Conduct in-depth discussions with clients to understand their business activities
Building and maintaining great relationships with the clients
Dealing with enquiries via the telephone and email
Provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
General office administration support to the wider team
Making outbound calls to clients

Key skills and experience to be considered for the Sales Administrator role:
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage their own time effectively.
Must have confident communication skills and have an excellent phone manner.
A good level of MS Suite experience, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Be able to confidently hold a conversation with a wide variety of clients and individuals.
To be able to work part of the team and individually.
Be eager to learn and develop.
A great team player.
