A very exciting position for a Team Assistant has come up to join an outstanding company based in Ascot. This is a varied opportunity for a candidate who is looking to join a fast paced, forward thinking and innovative company.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing diaries, scheduling meetings

• Dealing with clients on different time zones  

• Overseeing daily office operations

• Handling confidential documents and agreements

• Organising business trips

• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, and key stakeholders.  

  • Managing and growing the company’s digital presence all social media platforms

• Managing the CRM system

The skills required for this position:  

  • Proven experience in administrative support
  • Have outstanding organisational skills
  • Maintain the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be computer literate
  • Be a self starter and have the ability to manage own workload
  • Work with creativity
  • Have own transport and a clean driving licence required

Following this she ran a 60 branch independent network before taking the plunge in 1994 and starting her own business.
